I'd like to share our pleasant experience at this motel. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to visit the town of Delta. The rooms are comfortable. The best thing about the motel is the owner's attention and treatment of his guests. He's always ready to assist you and provides you with other accommodation options. You'll never be left wanting. For us, he's our savior because in crucial moments, he provided us with shelter and comfort. Excellent charisma, demeanor, and tact when dealing with guests characterize this lady. We thank her for allowing us a pleasant stay at her property. We recommend her 100% because there you'll find good prices and wonderful service.

This little hotel in the middle of Delta Utah has the cheapest weekly rates! Some rooms are smaller and priced less than the bigger ones ,but they all have new beds, and little kitchenette for those staying more than a night or two. The owner Allen is a cool dude, and takes time to talk to all his tenets to find out what is wrong or needs to fix in all his units. If you ever pass through Delta stop in for a rest, and relax. There are restaurants in walking distance and a park for the kid's!
